HYVEE Make it and Take it Devils Glen

IMG 0023Join us for the LIVEFIT WITH LUPUS Make Take It Cooking Class January 14, 2017 at 12pm, Hy-Vee on Middle and Devils Glen Roads. You can choose from 10 healthy dishes (each dish is 4 servings) that you will help prepare that evening. These dishes will be freezer, refrigerator or microwave ready. The cost for a meal $15. Watch for the January Offerings.

You can purchase as many of the dishes that you would like to try out and after you help prepare them and learn how their made, you can take them home and refrigerate or freeze them to be eaten throughout the week!  Just add the meals you would like to cart and check out!
